The first on the left has a new ability called Encourage.

The cute Electric zebra on the middle has Lightning Rod and Motor drive. It also has a new attack called Wild Bolt which hurts both the user and the foe.

The crocodile has Intimidate and Overconfidence which raises attack when the foe is knocked out. The ability increases its Attack stat when it Knocks Out a Pokemon. The Crocodile is also rumored to be Ground / Dark type.
